History
PT. Nissin
Biscuit Indonesia started its first commercial production in January 1977 on an
area of about 8 hectares. The
first products produced are Butter Coconut biscuits, Frychip, Honey, Aynako and
Longer Stick. As
time goes by, PT. Nissin
Biscuit Indonesia has produced various types of biscuits, kukis, krekers,
wafers and snacks under the brands Nissin, Monde and Khong Guan.
In the face of increasingly powerful competition in the food industry, PT. Nissin Biscuit Indonesia is always dogged to present quality products through continuous innovation. Innovations include product types, machinery, processes and packaging. PT. Nissin Biscuit Indonesia currently has about 700 employees who support the quality of its products.

PT Nissin realized that by producing quality and nutritious products, Nissin also contributed to improve the nation's quality of life. Therefore, product quality control is one of the top priorities.Nissin's quality standards include the use of selected crude materials and the use of advanced technology in the production process as well as the application of CPMB (Good Manufacturing Practice), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), SSOP (Saritation Standard Operating Produce), and HACCP (Hazard Analytical Critical Control Point), ISO 2200: 2005. According Halal Certificate from Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) says quality standard for product quality and safety has also been applied with production process accompanied (Sania, 2018). A proof that all Nissin products have met the halal & safe to eat.All the quality and safety standards adopted by Nissin have established Nissin's position as the market leader in the food industry, especially biscuits in Indonesia.

1. General ManagerAs the supreme leader and general responsibility. His job is to manage the activities in PT Nissin Biscuit Ungaran by
performing management functions namely planning, organizing,
coordinating, directing, and supervision.
2. ManagerThe task is the same as the general manager is to perform management
functions, but it also determines the policy with the agreement of the
General Manager.
3. Production ManagerThe duties of production managers are matters relating to the process and production results

Monde products are fried cookies, Serena snack, Serena egg
roll, Raisin soft cookies, Monde butter cookies, Milki marie, Egg drop, Chocolate
chip cookies and assorted party time.
Khong Guang products are wafer chocolate, Sultana biscuit,
Square Puff, Rose cream, Marie Special, Malkist, Cream crackers, any products Assorted
in Khong Guan.
